Rachel is a clinical psychologist, who is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. Her approach blends warmth and professionalism with practical strategies tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. With a deep commitment to evidence-based practice and genuine human connection, Rachel aims to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. She works with clients to explore patterns, build resilience, and ultimately foster lasting positive change in their lives.
Rachel has completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) at the Australian Catholic University (ACU), and both a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science and Master of Clinical Psychology at Bond University. She holds full registration with clinical endorsement as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Throughout her career, Rachel has gained experience working across NGO, secondary education and private mental health settings; and as such, has supported clients from diverse backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health challenges.
Rachel currently offers individual therapy for adults and adolescents aged 16+.
